Background: The prevalence of thyroid diseases is growing which will raise the total amount surgeries. parathyroid glands and recurrent laryngeal nerve damage are commonest complications encountered. There a need for technique to decrease chance damaging these important structures during surgery. Patients methods: 97 patients with benign underwent intracapsular thyroidectomies between January 2020 April 2022 Results: there was no permanent or temporary affection nerve.
